THE ROLE:
Fulfilling this unique and pivotal role within the organisation, you will coordinate, manage and control the pre-tender estimates of the Midlands region, ensuring all specifications and schedules are accurate and client expectations exceeded. You will be expected to distribute all estimating tasks efficiently and effectively in response to received enquiries.
You will need to be able to manage numerous full mechanical and electrical turnkey installation projects at once, and lead a very determined and successful team of building services estimators. Market sectors that you will be working within include educational, custodial, retail and residential.
The successful candidate will form the keystone of the success of the area?s estimation department, with unmatched future prospects available. If you meet the required criteria please apply immediately.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
> Qualified to a minimum HNC, ideally degree level.
> You could currently be a Project Manager holding excellent estimation knowledge.
> You will have previous experience of leading multi-million pound building services bids and tenders.
> Full Driving License
> It is essential that you are installation biased.
> Strong commercial and team leading skills critical.

THE ROLE:
As Engineering Team Leader, the successful candidate?s key responsibilities will be to maintain and improve the world class manufacturing standards of the site. You will be required to decrease down-time to an absolute minimum, thus increasing productivity. Proposing key PPM schemes and strategies, you will work closely with the Engineering Manager to increase efficiency and identify and resurrect any quality related issues.
Working a ?3 days on, 2 days off ?12 hour shift pattern, you will lead a team of multi-skilled craftspeople using weighing, bagging, cartoning, packaging, decoding, and metal detecting machinery. A key part of your leadership role is to motivate the other engineers, as well as assist with the recruitment of new team members.
As a multi-skilled engineer yourself, you will also work on the electrical and mechanical maintenance and breakdown of the mentioned machinery.
