Personal Advisor (Schools)

  PERSONAL ADVISOR (SCHOOLS), BRADFORD, £16289 - £25679
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To work with young people to identify their individual needs
- To act as a link with local agencies providing specialist support and training
- To monitor and review all clients, arranging continuing support as necessary to enable progression
- To follow up on young people who have or who are in danger of becoming disengaged from education, employment and training
- To achieve KPI?s agreed annually with Manager
-Deliver specialist careers advice and guidance in a range of settings
Essential Requirements
- Experience of working with young people
- Evidence of ability to study to NVQ Level 4 or possess NVQ Level 4 in LDSS /
Dip CG or equivalent
- Knowledge of the particular needs of disadvantaged groups
- Knowledge of services to young people

Office Manager - Batley

  Title: Office ManagerSalary: £18,000
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join a leading organisation based in Batley. An exciting and varied role you will be responsible for all aspects of administration and invoicing for the office. This role would suit someone with some previous experience of managing office administration / invoicing and knowledge of SAP. Language skills (ideally German) are preferable but are not essential.
The Role:
In this full-time permanent position the Office Manager will be responsible for managing all office administration and invoicing. Responsibilities will include secretarial support to the General Manager, National Sales Manager and Area Sales Manager, dealing with HR issues, and creating orders in SAP. The post holder will be working with the Accountant to solve any accountancy issues, invoicing, complaint handling, arranging shipments, planning for events and conferences, and dealing with general telephone queries.
Who we're looking for:
We are looking for someone with previous experience of managing office administration and invoicing. You must have previous experience of using SAP. The ideal candidate will be flexible, a team player, and exceptionally organised. Language skills (ideally German) are preferable but are not essential.

This opportunity is a front line role assisting in the development of new business within the car parts and motor trade industry.
SPECIFIC DUTIES
*Responsible for the development of new business through lead generation and telephone calls
*Maintaining and developing existing business with Clients

Senior Finance Clerk

  Faculty of Maths and Physical Sciences
The Finance Office is required to provide financial strategic, tactical and operational support and advice for all of the member departments of the Faculty.
You will be expected to assist the Management Accountant and work as an effective team member within the Finance Office. The main duties of the post will involve responsibility for maintenance budgeting and planning of the Faculty's Other Restricted, Development and Endowment accounts, Staff costs reviewing and updating for forecasting and planning, month end reporting and journal transfers.
