THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will be expected to prepare various mechanical and HVAC estimates from drawings and specifications for installation projects ranging up to £4m in worth. This will involve you examining tender documents, advising managers of bid prospects, and liaising with various departments along with dealing with the preparation of Sub-Contractor enquiries. There is also an occasional requirement for design work.
You will be involved from receipt of the enquiry right through until final pricing. You will become an integral part of an already successful team of M & E Estimators, working on a variety of exciting and varied projects. Recent developments mean that you will be working in many sectors - notably education and healthcare, commercial buildings, retail outlets and industrial premises.
