The Role:
In this full-time permanent position you will be responsible for efficient diary management for the Director including travel arrangements and accommodation. In addition to this you will be responsible for preparing and collating presentations, organising meetings, and carrying out research. Other duties will include handling all incoming calls appropriately, the accurate and timely management of expenses, developing and maintaining a key filing system and support the team in general ad hoc duties.

We are looking for an experienced PA who has worked at Board level. The ideal candidate will advanced knowledge of MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel and a minimum typing speed of 60wpm. You must be confident, proactive, and extremely professional.
