Our client is a world leader in the design and manufacture of the smallest and most feature rich electronic control products for the lighting industry. From the Leeds site, they manufacture state of the art ballasts control for retail, commercial and emergency lighting applications.
THE ROLE
On a day to day basis you will be diagnosing and repairing PCB's. You will be using AOI Systems to locate the fault and then carrying out the repairs, replacing components as required.
ABOUT YOU
You will have a background in electronic repairs, and ideally have used AOI systems, although this is not essential, and have worked to IPC610 inspection standards. You will be a good communicator, have excellent time management skills and be able to work on your own as well as part of a team.

THE ROLE

THE ROLE
You will be responsible for targeting businesses within the local area to promote and sell the security product and service contract. You will be demonstrating the equipment in business premises to owner / managers, closing the sale and generate further referrals.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join a leading organisation based in Batley. An exciting and varied role you will be responsible for all aspects of administration and invoicing for the office. This role would suit someone with some previous experience of managing office administration / invoicing and knowledge of SAP. Language skills (ideally German) are preferable but are not essential.
The Role:
In this full-time permanent position the Office Manager will be responsible for managing all office administration and invoicing. Responsibilities will include secretarial support to the General Manager, National Sales Manager and Area Sales Manager, dealing with HR issues, and creating orders in SAP. The post holder will be working with the Accountant to solve any accountancy issues, invoicing, complaint handling, arranging shipments, planning for events and conferences, and dealing with general telephone queries.
Who we're looking for:
We are looking for someone with previous experience of managing office administration and invoicing. You must have previous experience of using SAP. The ideal candidate will be flexible, a team player, and exceptionally organised. Language skills (ideally German) are preferable but are not essential.
